At Corning Cable Systems, we proudly recognize our responsibility as a global citizen. Our commitment to the environment goes beyond just products. Our mission is to support “green” initiatives through every aspect of our business, including product offerings, manufacturing processes and packaging initiatives. We educate customers on the relationship between structured cabling systems and the LEED® Certification Program. We adhere to the two European directives, Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), and are an active member of the China Greentech Initiative. A large number of our global manufacturing facilities have achieved ISO 14001 certification.
